Tony Franco Jr. is a media composer based in Los Angeles, California. He Began his pursuit in Film Composition while attending Musicians Institute. After receiving his Bachelors in Composition in Music he has been involved in projects such as: I See Darkness (2022), The Locked Door (2022), Youtube Series Millie and Maddie (2022), The Past Three Years (2022), Short Film- The Death Factor (2022), and Spitfire WESTWORLD Scoring Competition. He is currently Scoring the film Catrina (2023).
He is also an independent artist/songwriter that has released his own original music on YouTube, He has been producing and composing his own songs since 2016, and has released his EP A New Chapter (2021).
Tony’s skills has been crafted by learning different styles and techniques focusing on orchestral hybrid style but also is adaptable in creating new styles/genres of music. Playing guitar and piano for his church, and arranging music for session players. He has conducted music for local musicians both orchestral and non-orchestral. Tony still writes and produces music for other bands and musicians, with groups such as Ministerio MANA.
Tony is a full-time composer but loves being with his family and his church. His journey into film music has led him into new roads and perspectives that has helped his career into becoming an established media composer.
